For a Space Planning option, use the “Set Up a Consultation,” questionnaire below to get started. I will create a cost estimate for services based on the questionnaire and connect with you to discuss your project. Once approved, we’ll work together (virtually or in-person) and I will customize a to-scale floor plan using AutoCAD designing your new layout and a space plan that is efficient and aesthetic.
Space Plans can include any or all of the following:
- Field verification if necessary
- To-scale 2D floor plan
- Proposed furniture layout utilizing new and/or existing pieces
- Proposed new and/or existing casework
- Flooring finish transitions

As every project is unique in scope and amount of involvement, I will provide a detailed break down of the fee after we connect to discuss your design questionnaire. Along with my commercial interior design experience, I understand the need for affordable design with an affordable budget. Though the scope can vary based on your project, fees would start from $150 to $400.
